Mariela is incredibly kind and understanding. She truly listens to her customers and takes the time to understand what they want to do with their hair. She also shares her professional thoughts in a respectful way and genuinely tries to meet her clients’ expectations. Compared to other salons, Mariela has never made any inappropriate comments or questions. In many other places, it can feel like you’re being interrogated instead of being cared for, but with Mariela the focus is always on her work and making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her.
