Great experience with the young technician they sent out to diagnose the issue.We’ll see how CES moves forward & deals with American Home Shield and fix the system. If they get all that done then it’s truly a five star experience.

ECS-TECH was assigned by my home appliance insurance to look into the issue of my furnace. At first I was not comfortable with them because of their rating. After assigning the case, I immediately got a call the Pepe their technician to schedule a visit. Pepe look into into the furnace and was able to localize the problem. He up-channeled his findings to the insurance company and his recommendation. As soon as the insurance company approved the repair action, I was contacted for the repair. CES-TECH Heating & Cooling responded to our heating issue immediately, it was a very last minute call and they were able to send out a technician a matter of less than 1 hour and fixed our problem with the heating. They even provided a discount and our heating system was fixed immediately. I couldn't recommend them enough. Their assistant Vanessa and their technician were really professional and will keep you updated. I would not regret doing business with them again.Services: Heating system repair
