Lynn, is definitely the go to therapist when you have Sciatica nerve pain. My 77 yr. old mother literally couldn't walk for a week, nor drive herself to the appointment, until she met Lynn. Body Mechanix did a miracle in two sessions. We were thrilled to buy a CBT ointment being sold at Body Mechanix. Yes, it truly worked. My mother is fully back in motion, thanks to Lynn. We highly recommend the Body Mechanix.

Lynn provides a mixture of multiple techniques of massage along with sports therapy. If you want a real therapeutic massage this is the place. She is knowledgeable about anatomy which is important. I'm a nurse and I like deep tissue. Lynn is the only one that can dig deep enough to release all of my aches and pains. If you want to fall asleep this is not the place for you. She will fix you and that's what I usually require.

As a weightlifter I beat my body up horribly, but Lynn knew exactly what I needed to work on as soon as I walked in. She also spent more time with me to work on stretching and movement patterns along with my massage. It'd be an understatement to say she knows what she's doing. She's an expert at what she does practically.
