I'm only giving this place 3 stars because I received bad customer service. I regularly get my hands massaged, which I was hoping to get after my manicure was done. Unfortunately, they don't give you a hand massage with a gel manicure, but you do get it with a regular manicure. ??♀️Also, I kindly asked for a handmade design on my nails, but the lady who was doing my manicure ? was very unpleasant to work with. She didn't want to do it. She was trying to put stickers on my nails, I repeated her that I wanted handmade design on my nails. Excellent overall experience I have been here many time I have tried other places but end up back here because I love it so much Jen has always been so kind and so hardworking this place has definitely earned a loyal customer! She does amazing shape work and designs I highly recommend coming here
An appointment is a must, number 1 recommended is Jenni. She never fails to meet my expectations on how I want my nails! She gets booked very easily, but always makes time to fit you in, that's how good she is! I always recommend my friends and family to go to her. I've been going there since I was in Jr high! And I've never been disappointed with her work😊I can honestly say that I haven't even gone to no one else to get my nails done, they last me up to a month verses other nails shops like my nails or ladybug that only last you a week or two. I love it!!!
