Edgar was amazing. He was very polite. I mean just the simple fact that he had everything he needed is amazing. No waiting for parts. He didn’t try to say the water heater needed to be replaced. Didn’t complain about the water heater being under the house. Also he didn’t take too long assessing the problem and handling the situation. He was able to explain the issue and how he repaired it. Even showed me pictures of the situation and walked me through what I was seeing. 10 out of 10 service.

Great service. Very responsive staff and the plumbers did a great job replacing my PRV valve. The original estimate included an additional charge for modifications but when they came to replace the PRV valve they realized they could Install the new prv without modifications and did not charge me any additional fee. Very honest plumbing company.

This company was sent by my warranty company. My first experience was not great - the person who came out just told me he couldn’t help me and provided little to no explanation and my warranty company had a hard time getting any more information from him. I was hesitant when assigned the same company for a different issue but this time Jairo and his colleague came out and they were great! They fixed 2 of my toilets in under an hour and explained well what the issues were. I would give him 5 stars (and the first guy who came out 3 stars)
