“We bought our house and James was the agent for the seller, we did it through FHS, if you have ever gotten a loan through FHS you know how many regulations they have, James was patient working with us to have the seller do all required repairs until we were able to close, and up to this point if I need some information about the house on previous repairs he still answers my calls and helps me with anything I need, that's what I call good service!
