This place has been terrible and negligent since Val left. I went there for years when she was my NP. Once she left the staff turnover should have given me a clue. Last summer I almost ran out of medication when traveling out of state. I called them more than a month in advance and they never got in my prescription. They finally called me while out of state but there was nothing I could do then. I also asked for a referral To an oncologist last summer (as mine dropped my insurance). I finally called last week to check and it was not even in the computer that I asked. They even asked why I needed it and if they would look they would know I was a cancer survivor. Save your self the stress and find someplace else. This place only seems to focus on cosmetic services

I should have went to the ER, I was in severe back pain, suffering, and they refused to treat me. Then charged me for the office visit. I taught them a valuable lesson weeks later after receiving their bill.I paid it in cash, $135.00 in pennies, dumped it all over the front desk and they rolled off everywhere. Now I hope they have back pain picking it all up.Unethical, inconsiderate, wanna be, so called doctors!

Absolutely horrible. The Doc is always to busy to see you in person. Their medical staff that sees you will literally laugh at you when you explain your symptoms. You basically have to cause a scene for them to right a referral to get scans or labs. Then they will lose the results and won't tell you, so you get left wondering what happened. Then they want you to call the places and have them resend the results to them.. but guess what.. as a patient they won't allow your request to send them over again.... they claim they will call and request them with a promise to call you right back, but never do.. when you follow up again, it's left with \\\"we'll call you back when we receive the results.\\\"...... do yourself a huge favor and don't go to this practice.
