Terry was our vacation savior!After an accident during our vacation my glasses were destroyed. Since we were doing a west coast tour, we didn't stay long in one place. So we needed a quick solution to get new glasses. Terry made the impossible possible and went to great lengths to make sure I could pick up the glasses the next day (despite the high diopter)! We were totally relieved and so Terry saved our vacation! Terry is a super nice man who puts his heart and soul into his work. We can absolutely recommend the store!Thank you Terry!
Sunglass Hut stripped the screw on my wife’s Ray-Bans during a lens replacement and refused to fix the situation, which would have forced me to send in the glasses to Georgia for service. Luckily for me, Terry and Optical Concepts were just around the corner. In fifteen minutes, Terry had drilled out the stripped screw, replaced it, and put the new lens in. I’m totally satisfied and will go right to a pro next time my glasses need repair!
