Everyone loves Tryna!!! I've been trying for years to motivate my young (10yr) daughter to get fit, eat healthy food and care about her body. I finally found Tryna. Her personality, knowledge and ability to connect in a personal, natural way has been the key to my child's success. She makes everything fun! My daughter has gotten stronger, increased her endurance, slimmed down and is more confident. Can't thank her enough.
As always, the technicians at Wholesum clinic are phenomenal! Bryce and Tryna are a first class in their field. I have searched for a very long time to find people in our area who can give me the results that I am getting now.
Tryna is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and made me feel comfortable. The stretching techniques she used on me, made my body feel so much relief that I have not felt in a long time! I can’t wait for my next session with her!

Staff is knowledgeable and experts of their specialized skills. They are understanding, kind and caring. They listen to your concerns, needs and create a plan that is suited for each individual.
