I have had the pleasure of seeing Sheryl Miles, PA-C for my dermatology needs. She treated me with a level of professional excellence from diagnosing my needs to executing a treatment plan and flawlessly taking care of my dermatology needs. Being in the medical business for 42 years, it is a rare experience for me to receive such world-class medical care from a brilliantly trained professional. Sheryl's knowledge and treatment is like no other I have ever experienced in any dermatology setting. She is highly skilled and I have recommended her to my family and friends.
I am very disappointed with the administrative staff in the Pismo Beach office. I had a scheduled appointment and got to the office only to be told they did not have me in their schedule. I found the front office staff very rude and unfriendly. I am considering finding another dermatology office but I do like Daniel Perry, PA and the clinical staff so its going to be a tough decision.
Been bringing my daughter for yrs now to this Dermatology. She has never seen Dr. Labreque only P.As Ever since her main PA left which was Tressa by the way was fabulous I have been dealing with rude front desk girls in the Santa Maria office they have very poor communication skills and customer service. the Pismo office has never returned a call when you leave a message. The PA Dan was very rude the last visit in Pismo where my 16 yr old daughter was waiting for him to come in exam room to check and when he did very rudely he walked out said he will be back in and about 5 min later a front desk receptionist came in and said my daughter was dicharged from the practice because of 3 No Shows so she got dressed and we left. You know why send txt message of reminder of appts and when it says respond to confirm or cx I cancel and according to office they never received the response. But anyways my daughter was right she never liked the PA Dan I suggest DermSpa Med in general needs some extra training on customer service and communication skills because you are a professional office setting.
