The practitioners are described as brilliantly trained, patient, and never rushed, taking clients seriously and providing competent treatment for conditions from psoriasis to rare, life-threatening medical issues. Treatment plans are executed with professional excellence, including relevant dietary advice. While the clinical care receives high praise, some feedback notes that the front desk service can be rude, with staff who do not greet clients or make eye contact, treating them like an annoyance. The office environment also sometimes plays country music. Overall, patients feel in capable hands, are enormously grateful for results, and recommend the practice.

The front staff is always helpful and kind, the medical staff have always been professional, thorough, and kind. I think the Pismo Office is great! That's the one I go to. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting top bar dermatologist services.
