My sister and I recently had to put down our pet and I can honestly say I have never been to a vet that seemed to truly care about the pets like they did, a few weeks later we reserved a card from them apologizing for our loss they are simply so kind and actually care.

I had an emergency with my crested gecko, Mudpie, and they were extremely supportive, timely, and professional. I came here multiple times for his appointments and check ups following his surgery. My gecko is now alive and thriving! I’m incredibly grateful to all staff here, especially the main veterinarian and super kind woman at the front desk. Couldn’t recommend this place more!! ♥️

Our family recently had to say goodbye to my son’s chinchilla, Coco, and I cannot thank the staff and Dr. Conn at Cats & Exotic in Pismo enough for their compassion. From the moment we arrived, they were kind, patient, and understanding, especially with my son. They took their time explaining the process and made sure he felt supported throughout such a heartbreaking experience.

I truly believe Dr. Conn and the staff did everything possible to help Coco, but she was just too tired and weak.
