We were in a car accident that totaled our car near Kirkwood. We were stranded in a blizzard on a closed highway. Thank god for Mike from Up Country. He went above and beyond to help us. After our car was dropped us off at the tow yard at night, he recommended a local motel a few miles away. He dropped us off with all our gear afterwards, and also helped locate the nearest car rental place for the next day. He helped mitigate an extremely stressful situation. I wish him the best of luck in becoming a CHP officer.

I had a few tough stains and was hoping for for a disinfecting deep clean but those few spots lightened up. It Is an old carpet and my ex expectations were low, but his technique and experience likely helped.
