This place has great front office people, and the staff are amazing accept for Kim who did a procedure on my child. From start to finish she made sure that I knew with both her words and body language that she did not approve of my decision to have a procedure done with laughing gas rather than hospital anaestesia. She was rude, short, frank, and ignored my information when I advised her that the numbing was waring off on my kid (4year old) during the procedure because I was holding his hand the whole time and towards the end he started shaking and squeezing my hand. We unfortunately had 2 emergency (after hours), visits for our 7 year old and this office went above and beyond to help him. A big shout out to Yadira and Dr. Kim who were so kind and gentle with our 7 year old. Our son had just dislocated both of his front teeth from a bad fall. When we arrived to the office, they didn't make us feel like a burden and talked us through everything they were going to do to help our son. They treated us like family and were very warm and welcoming. We couldn't be more pleased with the care our son has received this far from Yadira and Dr. Kim. My 5 year old was refused dental care when we showed up for a post-op appointment. We were told the appointment was set up for another date that we never agreed on. Parents, please use caution of the poor practice of this office.
