I had a great first-time experience at the nail salon. The staff were friendly and even offered me coffee. My nail artist, Lyn, was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She manually removed my old gel using foil and acetone, then gently buffed my nails instead of using a drill due to my nail sensitivity.I was indecisive about the nail art, but Lyn gave me a few helpful suggestions. The lady who did my pedicure (her name starts with "H") seemed new but was very nice, a good listener, and did a great job with my gel pedicure.Overall, the customer service was excellent. I will definitely come back for Lyn.

I had the luxury of a pedicure date with my lovely wife and I have to say it , Serenity Nail Spa is one amazing spot. It gives the feeling of an old school nail salon but with a modern twist, you’re made to feel at home here. That’s what it’s all about. My wife frequently visits Serenity and she comes back with some of the coolest designs that I’m sure is well in the 3 digit range for nails. That’s where the modern twist comes in. Serenity thank you so much, I will surely be back in a few weeks to get the crustacean off of my feet again.

We’ve been here several times. I’ve never waited long for service. The quality is good and they are very nice. I don’t find them any pricier than anywhere else around here. I do recommend this shop to others.
