I usually only go here for my feet and I've never had any issues with my services/customer service. I booked an appt with the receptionist a little over a month ago to get my nails and feet done. I wanted to be specific because i didn't know what services to book my nails under. The receptionist booked it under a dip ombre with any available nail tech. I go in today for my scheduled appt reiterating multiple times that i had french tip toes and dip ombre nails. We get to the portion of my nails and the nail techs didn't know i was supposed to be getting a dip ombre. I enjoy getting mani/pedi from this spa. It’s reasonably priced and very quick!! The polish selection is good and the massages are great with the pedicure. Also, online booking is very convenient!!

Been here three times now. The first time they weren't really busy, and service was great. The last two times they've been busy and the service was not as good. Today I made an appointment for my MIL to get fills. After making my MIL wait almost an hour they finally got her seated after I said something about making her wait so long. They use liners in their pedicure bowls, but when they're busy they'll reuse disposable files.
