The level of customer service provided was excellent from start to finish. Jenny responded to my request immediately. Their rates were very reasonable and was able to book an appointment within a couple of days. Frank and Alan handled the cleanup process. They were polite, friendly, quick and very efficient. They not only hauled out junk, they also helped organize and cleaned up any remaining debris in just one hour! Overall, I'm very pleased and satisfied with the results. I will definitely recommend and use their services again!

I called Heavenly Janitorial & Junk Removal to inquire about having junk removed or having their rental trailer dropped off so we could fill it ourselves. Jenny and Frank were very accomodating. Answered all my questions. Frank went to the house and let us know that what we had would fit in the rental trailer. They answered the phone every time I called with another question. Trailer was dropped off exactly when they said it would be. I was concerned about the trailer be left unattended in case people tried to illegally dump in it but as soon as I called and said we were done, the trailer was picked up within a 1/2 hour.
