A customer shared their positive experience by walking in unannounced on a Sunday and being welcomed by Kari, who took their information and seated them immediately. The haircut was done quickly, and the customer appreciated Kari's efficiency, kindness, and courteousness.

Another customer mentioned that they received a great haircut at a low price, which made them look like they had a stable job. Their wife even allowed them to sleep in the bedroom again, after a previous DIY haircut.

A different individual shared their negative experiences at Super Cuts and Best Cuts in Vallejo, where they were not acknowledged while waiting for 20 minutes in both places. However, they had a positive experience at Great Clips Pinole. Upon walking in, they were immediately greeted by Lila, which made them feel at ease. They received an exceptional haircut from Nora, who was professional and skilled at cutting hair. The customer strongly recommends Nora for future haircuts and suggests that walk-ins go to Great Clips Pinole.
