The office staff are cheerful and friendly, making every visit pleasant. The team is especially accommodating to children with special needs, such as those with autism, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for. From the friendly front desk to the kind dental assistant and Dr. Kim, everyone makes children feel welcome. The atmosphere is calming, with themes like sea animals that help lighten the mood, and the team patiently reassures children during their visits. Many kids look forward to their appointments, and parents appreciate the care and attention given to both children and families.
My kids have had the best experience in this office! Everyone is always so nice and cheerful. My youngest son has an autism diagnosis and they have been the most accommodating pediatric dentist office we’ve ever experienced! Highly recommended!
The entire process from start to finish is always pleasant! From the friendly front desk staff to the kind and patient dental assistant, Mariah, and of course Dr. Kim—everyone makes us feel so welcome. My kids actually look forward to their visits, which says a lot. It’s always a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the care and attention they give to both kids and parents.
Fantastic First Dental Visit!
Our first experience was nearly perfect! The staff was so kind, patient, and welcoming and they even had my daughter’s name written on a chalkboard to welcome her. It was her first-ever dental visit (she’s 3.5). Unfortunately, when we were being walked to the back, she had a TOTAL TODDLER MELTDOWN..
But the team handled it amazingly.. Absolutely no rushing, just a lot of calm reassurance (which was great, as I was panicking myself). They moved us into a more private, sea animal-themed exam room which definitely helped lighten the mood and the team waited patiently until she was calm and ready to move forward.
