Although they don't accept insurance, their staff, including the front desk and dental team, go above and beyond to accommodate patients' needs, providing a positive experience for kids and parents alike. The office staff are cheerful and friendly, making every visit pleasant. The team is especially accommodating to children with special needs, such as those with autism, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for. From the friendly front desk to the kind dental assistant and Dr. Kim, everyone makes children feel welcome. The atmosphere is calming, with themes like sea animals that help lighten the mood, and the team patiently reassures children during their visits. Many kids look forward to their appointments, and parents appreciate the care and attention given to both children and families.
We had a fantastic first visit with Eastshore Pediatric Dentist. From the front office staff, Angela, checking us in, to the dental tech Hugo’s detailed explanations, and Dr Kim’s thorough exam - it was truly a positive experience.
Also, the prizes are where it’s at! My daughter walked out saying, “okay, I’m DEFINITELY coming back.”

Our son’s been coming to Eastshore Pediatric since he was 3 and he’s 7 now. The staff there is so kind and considerate. Our son had some serious health concerns which lead to him needing to have multiple surgeries at a young age. This left him with a lot of fear in clinical settings. The team at the dentil office is always so thoughtful when engaging with him. They really make him feel calm and comfortable when he’s there. We’re so grateful. Such a wonderful dental office.
Dr Thea and her team are amazing!! This is the second time my very apprehensive 10yo has had to do some dental work. My kid did a great job! Dr Thea and team are incredible knowledgeable, professional, kind ans courteous. I would recommend them to anyone 100%!
