First service on our mini splits after buying house and boy, did they need it! Scott explained the process as they cleaned. Neil did not give up when a tiny support piece went flying off the unit and found it so no parts order needed. Both made sure to explain importance of monthly filter cleaning and made sure I was comfortable removing and replacing them. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is well taken care of...we will be using Mountain Air to keep our home cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

Still the best service ever!!! Used them always years ago when I worked in real estate! They actually remembered me and got someone over in 2 days while we were slammed with 104 degree hear and they were slammed. Christy..Lori..and the tech were awesome. Ralph! You are still the best!

I highly recommend Mountain Air for your heating and AC repairs. Our AC quit working on a Friday night during a heat wave event. I called a couple of companies first thing the following Saturday morning with one of the companies being Mountain Air. I received a return call within an hour from Ralph who as it turned out was the retired owner of Mountain Air. Although he was retired, he was helping out supporting his crew during this period of extreme temperatures and high volume of calls. Ralph advised that he could fit me this same day while out helping his technicians on their various projects.
