I asked for nail art and was told they couldnt do it so i picked a more simple design, but when i was done my nails were nothing like the inspo pic and the almost looked orange, and the gems were weird. During the service the lady kept using her tools near my cuticles and one of my finger even started bleeding. Now my nails feel uncomfortable and some arent even straight.

I've lived in 7 different states in the US~ so when I say I've been to a lot of nail techs, I truly mean it. I'm also a very seasoned hairdresser; worked in very high end salons with nail techs, so I know good work when I see it... If you're looking for an upbeat boisterous nail salon, this is not it. Hope is one on one in a small salon. Her standards to detail and perfection are for me, unmatched. I love pink and white nails. She is the BEST when it comes to this. I promise. She shapes and creates mostly by hand and barely uses a drill. She can do designs etc, but she's more of a classic, very professional and detail oriented, nail tech. You can tell she truly loves her craft.

There is still Hope! Thanks be to God! Pedicures are new to us. What a wonderful discovery. It feels tike I am walking on someone else's feet. Much better than my old ones. Thank you, Hope, and see you in 6 weeks! Margaret and Tom
