If you need a lot of hand holding, this is the place for you. I stopped the program because of the high monthly charges and because the regular meetings with the counselors had little value. Weight loss and hormone management are charged separately and really add up.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Positive atmosphere and concern for the client and product connection. I have lost 14 pds. The first couple of weeks are challenging but after I got the routine it’s been better
