We have been using Crown Cleaners for the past eight years! The owner and those who work for her are all very friendly. They have gone out of their way to offer customer service at a very high level to some very demanding customers. I know because I've witnessed it! In fact it's amazing how rude and demanding some customers can be. But the positive side of it was how professionally the owner and the workers handle themselves in those un-fun situations. I like these people, they have always done a good job with our clothes, they have always communicated when there is a degree of risk in cleaning a difficult-to-clean article, and they haven't lost a piece of our clothing....read full review
