I took a one she and boots to get fixed. They did a good job, however the mom (owner) was rude and demanded I pay in cash when I had left my deposit with a Zelle payment with the son Hugo.
Hugo was nice and informed how he would fix my shoes. I will not be back as the mom was rude and once again demanded cash even after I help translate with another client.
Customer service makes a difference for me.
