I'm sorry, but , first time here n last .This place is super pricey, n the Ladies that work here r really unprofessional. I was doing pedicure , n the lady that was doing my pedicure was laughing at my toes n talking in their language w each other n laughing .They r the most ridiculous people n unprofessional people I have ever encountered.This place was terrible don't recommended.

If I could give 0 stars I would , after being over charged. You have the nerve to ask for a tip. I still tipped my mani and also pedi was rushed. Paint all over my fingers and not enough on my nails. Spots on my nails that don't even have paint. Than your tried a second time to repaint the nails and still failed. I truly feel cheated out of my money and also played. Looks like my 2 year old daughter painted my nails... I'm so disappointed and also angry about the horrible job that was done. You guys need to really go back to school the way you guys butcher toes and nails.

Terrible place to get a refill service! The entire session, they made mistakes, shaping them wrong and cut my fingers in the process making me bleed! It’s already bad enough that they’re rushing, but they also shake too. Theyre older ladies were really nice AFTER the fact that I was in tearing up in pain when they cut my finger and toe! I was gonna pay about $93, but after that painful service they deducted $10 off.. Ended up paying 83$ instead (mani + refill set= $50, and then pedi + calluses removal=$33) just be sad and in pain. After telling the manager that this was a dreading experience, she had the nerve to say, that when the techs get nervous they will shake…... read full review
