Well I have been doing home lighting and automation for a while now all different brands of lights,switches,dimmers ect..And found that feit stands out as being my go to..anyhow I had a problem with a few recessed ble-wifi lights I followed there procedures for returns and got a little flack and questioned one to many Times on my abilities which are more then a diy guy I get paid quite well..long story short I wanna say that when the dust settled I was more than satisfied with the end game from feit!!!!!and my clients were tooThanks for your services and the best product line available for the normal guy and you standing tall for your product and warrantyRare these days.....Matt

I received excellent customer service from this company. I had to call because there was a problem with lightbulbs that I purchased. I believe I spoke to Oscar. He went out of his way to make things right. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days and so very much appreciated.

I bought 2 of the GLP8FS/CLAMP/32W/LED Lights and they have been growing my petunias indoors for almost a month now without any sunlight. It is very cold where I live and after September, all my plants have to come inside. These lights have been keeping them alive! And new blooms!
