I've had an ongoing issue with their lack of communication and professionalism. I've been under the orthos (Dr Sami) care and my dental plan included an implant from Dr Winston once my Invisalign was complete. My last Invisalign trays were delivered Feb 2nd. Dr. Winston was well aware of the status and I was told the bone graft material was on back order. I called numerous times for the status of the order for months, leaving messages and asking for Dr Winston or the office manager, Natalie, to call me back. it wasn't until I stopped by and talked to the Dental Assistant (she handled it very personal and had a really bad attitude) in person and she heard how upset I was. And then I surprisingly got a phone call from Natalie saying the material they had been waiting for MIRACULOUSLY was delivered the next business day. An appointment was scheduled and a couple days before, Natalie calls me to reschedule. I proceeded to see an Oral Surgeon specializing in Implants that my cousin recommended and the bone graft was complete within that week. I proceeded with an appointment to see Dr Sami and he ordered the last Invisalign trays for me wear during my healing time from my bone graft. I expressed to Natalie that I feel I shouldn't have to pay the $100 for those trays. She told me they would take a week to 2 to be delivered and she would speak to Dr Winston about waiving that fee. IT'S BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS and I have called and left messages for the past 3 days with no call back. My Ortho work is paid for. I paid it all upfront and this is the regard I get. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT deal with this dental office. Their work ethic is terrible and the office is in need of some major improvements that I was willing to overlook. I went with Dr Bach Le in Whittier for my implant work. Completely professional and courteous staff.
