I really didn't want to leave a bad review but at this point I have no choice. I have been going to Cozy nails for a year recommend by my cousin. They had more staff and Jenny did a good job. A few times I called to make an appointment and she said okay I will see you at (the time of the appointment). When I got there on time even earlier she had serval people waiting and I said I have an appointment. She responded sorry it will be about 30 to 40 minute wait, even though she had about 3 ladies wanting a full set from her, so we all know the time she gave me is not correct. I left. Wanted to like this place cuz the man who did my nails was nice, but he was so rough on my nails while buffing and trimming, I had so many small cuts afterwards and it’s painful to wash my hands and shower now. He also buffed my nail bed pretty thin, guess I’ll have to wait awhile before I can do gels again… ?
Came here a second time giving them the benefit of the doubt. Staff is really nice but they over book their appointments. My pedicure was kind of whatever. I don't think I'll come back to be honest. This location is really convenient though, ample parking.
