These 2 stars are for the security officer out front and the front office. The security was welcoming and opened the door as he directed me to where I needed to go and the ladies who checked me in we absolutely wonderful especially knowing they were having some technical difficulties with their systems yet they took the time to be pleasant refraining from treating me like those problems were my fault. Then I got to the back where the nurses or physicians assistants were complete jerks. I was feeling horrible already but I was in tears by the time I left there. Desde el 2014 yo empeze mi tratamiento contra la diabetes en estás clinicas. Empeze en la de Montebello y ahora estoy en la de Pico Rivera. La razon por la que hago este comentario, es debido a que ultimamente no estoy muy de acuerdo en el tiempo que tiene que esperar ya estando en el cuarto en espera del doctor, de quienes solo voy a hablar mal de los que me han tratado mal, el resto muy buenas personas, excepto la primera enfermera del laboratorio que me saco sangre en la de Pico Rivera. Hubo un doctor de nombre, Carlos Yoo, de acento argentino y aspect o Asiatico, este doc, por el simple echo de no aceptar la insulina, me grito: " que yo iba a ser un estorbo para mi familia, que me iba a dar un embolio, que iba a perder la vista y que la boca se me iba a torcer". Yo le dije que estaba dispuesto a cumplir sus recomendaciones, pero el me dijo que no le importaba, por que al termianar su turno se iba con su familia y que yo no le importaba. Sobre la enfermera de laboratorio, nos paso a dos juntos, a un moreno y a mi, pero ya estando en el cuarto, me saco a empujones y con gritos altisonantes. Esto sucedio en la pimera occasion que me sacaron sangre en la clinica de, Pico Rivera. Otra cosa, en mi mas reciente cita, me llamaron para cancelarmela , unos 30 minutos antes de lo programado. Al parecer tengo una infeccion en el oido y lado derecho del cuello, el cual no me deja comer del intenso dolor, pero esto a ellos no les importa, me cancelaron la cita y punto.Saludos
I have been coming to this location for years and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate seeing Dr Rosalie each time. She is always very kind and informative, and it always feels like she really cares about your health. I was also helped by Mirna who was really nice. I always feel really comfortable coming to this location. The only slight downside is the parking, it can be very tricky and I would just advise to get to your appointment with extra time to find parking.
