I needed a pair of steel stringers rolled to make a circular staircase with. Not everyone can do this type of fabrication, I contacted a shop in Stockton that could do it but their pricing was a little on the high side. I found Van Bebber Bros in Petaluma and voila! Their pricing was reasonable and their work was spot on! They rolled a 20' piece of A36 12x1/4 into a perfect helix as well as the 10x1/4 inside stringer. They enabled me to create a perfect circular stair case with ease. Thank You Van Bebber Brothers, job well done.
Ironically I discovered this shop as a referral from a shop that couldn’t accommodate what I needed, best thing that could have happened that day. I dealt with Randy who was very knowledgeable and quick with his bid work which helps so much when I’m bidding work “thanks Randy!!” They finished forming some Corten for me, which they also had in stock. The turn around time was less that a week and all the form work was perfect to my shop drawling. They have awesome equipment for the large jobs. The shop was super clean and organized. The gals in the office are great. The thing that I thought really speaks realms of a business is when one of the shop guys told me “ I love working here, the shop and equipment is awesome to be able to use and learn on”.Thanks again Van Bebber Bros!! These professionals are very easy to work with. I have used them for a few dozen projects now. Ranging from just getting some basic cut steel, to having them fabricate some parts for me, in the architectural/structural realm. finished products were usually fabricated before the date they gave.On one occasion, they helped me steer things in a better direction. I think they would not normally want to put their time into that, but I am a repeat customer. And they are nice people!!!!!!!!!
