Every aspect of the practice is run efficiently--both the therapists and the front office personnel. I am a retired physical therapist of more than 30 years experience, and I can honestly say Alka and her team are the BEST! Extremely knowledgeable, excellent communicators, excellent instructors; whether hands-on care or exercise related. I started working with them after brain surgery, and they showed me the path to functional independence. Compassionate and caring, always professional. Whether you are seeking outpatient physical therapy for a neurological disorder or an orthopedic/sports injury, I recommend you strongly give them a consideration. Definitely one of the best clinics in the entire SF Bay area!!!

I could barely stand up in the morning two months ago. The Physical Therapists, Julie's and Craig's hands are better than any chiropractic or massage experiences that I've had. And the home exercises are very doable. I've returned to yoga and jogging after a decade of being told by chiropractors that doing those things were damaging my discs. Julie told me that the benefits far outweigh the damage. I feel stronger, pain free and more limber than ever!
