Just received the most relaxing and tranquil facial from Molly at soft shell. I am thrilled she is back at the spa because she provides the most therapeutic facial experience with skilled face & neck massage along with the perfect blend of cleansers, masks, and lotion to rejuvenate the skin. I can't get a facial anywhere else now because I'll be disappointed. My skin always responds well to her customization (depending on problem areas, season, age etc) and the entire environment is inviting, relaxing, and professional. I booked a massage appointment to try and relieve some intense neck pain I was experiencing. My massage therapist, Kate Byrne, was an absolute miracle worker. My massage was relaxing, healing, perfect in every way. I left free of pain and had the best night's sleep. I can't wait to book in with her again.
