we took our 7 month old corgi in for his first ever grooming and day of beauty and it was such a great experience! great staff - the services were completely explained to us and we felt comfortable leaving him there . Took about 45 min and omg did he look so cute after ! adorable bandana was a sweet touch too. I'm so glad he liked it and they liked him because we will be back every month !
I was a little hesitant to schedule at Scenthound. I know they’re a membership based company and I thought there would be a lot of pressure for us to join as a members. Our dog hadn’t been grooved in a while. We had to cancel this appointment and he really needs to be cleaned up. We could book on the same day( AMAZING!!”. They did an excellent service truly exactly what we asked for.
Cooper was shaking like a leaf when we got there and they took him back. We picked it up. He was totally fine. Just happy to see us.
NOTE: you can continue to be a client if you don’t use the membership. I wish there marketing would be more supportive around that. All I can tell you… read full review
