The work done by RestoreX was exceptional, following the flooding in my home. Their professionalism, quality of work, but most of all their communication made a very stressful time much easier to deal with. Their process was clearly explained, and they met every timeline set. When a home is flooded, communication And responsiveness are extremely important as there are many moving parts with equipment and testing, etc. Laura and Brandi Were my main contacts and they were exceptional in their responsiveness to my questions. I am a first time user of any water mitigation service, but I don’t believe you could do any better than RestoreX .
Very pleased with this team of professionals! After suffering extensive water damage, from workers ripping out a dishwasher and consequently breaking the water pipe, in the second floor unit above me, Laura from RestoreX was on the job; moisture meter in hand, she got to it, assessing walls and floors for water content, taping areas for demoing...what followed was a well-orchestrated succession of mitigation processes, including setting up dehumidifiers, immediately and removing all affected flooring and walls.
