Our company has used Potter Rug for the last couple of years for carpet cleaning. Don, the owner is amazing and so flexible. We recently used his services and during this time, I had to reschedule multiple times due to our building undergoing some updates. Don was always so patient and accomodating and did a FANTASTIC job. I love the fact that Potter Rug is a small run company. It feels good to give them our business. They are one of the good guys!

I haven't had my reclining furniture cleaned since I purchased it several years ago. The big area rug hadn't been cleaned in many years either. Potter came in on time with no hassles. They finished the work quickly and it looks and feels great. It was so cool to find someone who could do this work thoroughly and quickly at a wonderful price. I highly recommend their services.
