I did have an issue but after contacting palm beach Tan - the issue was rectified in 2 days. Very pleased with the response time and rectification THANKS JEN! You turned my frown upside down: )
I've been here twice now. By far the best tanning salon service I've received and the lobby and beds are always kept very clean! The two young ladies were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. And my tan was affordable and turned out perfectly, very natural! Look forward to going back!
I really like this place ignore the other reviews it's clean and the girls up front are always sweet and helpful. It can be hard for me to make it there with much time to spare before closing, but they always let me tan when I arrive. My only wish is that they would extend their hours, but I'm sure a lot of it has to do with staffing post COVID.
