I went in for a pedicure and noticed they were busy and there were only a few artists all around, I waited my turn but 30 minutes passed and i had a dinner to go to that was 30 minutes out. I kindly waited and was patient but didn't want to come off rude, I let Kim know that I had to head out I know i shouldn't have scheduled if I had something else going on but OH MY GOODNESS they were the sweetest, probably the best service so far (given i didn't get anything done) at a salon i've been to, they were so generous she offered a gift certificate for next time, cut my toe nails at least, and kept apologizing. Kim and Catherine and their staff are the best in the business! I recently discovered this awesome nail salon and I now won't go anywhere else! Best mani/pedi's anywhere! Also the ambiance, energy, and complimentary drinks can't be beat! Can't say I love them enough!!!
