If I could give ten stars I would! I have been working with Lennon as a somatic coach and he has a true gift and talent to hold space, identify the crux of the issue and support you in building new skills toward something you want. Since starting the work together I have built even more capacity to be with challenging situations and act from a place of authenticity and curiosity rather than reactivity. One of THE most powerful bodywork sessions of my life! I've been receiving bodywork for over 30 years and I've also had pain in my lower back for well over a decade. Last night I had a session with Lennon and I felt the whole right side of my back release in a profound way. I can only equate the experience to some reconstructive surgery I had on my abdominal wall after an emergency c-section.
