I called Maus Electric when we lost our power one evening and Laurie answered the phone. She was responsive and listened thoroughly to my concerns. Within half an hour, Rod and Laurie arrived to our home and Rod opened our electric panel and started assessing the breakers. What I appreciated the most was that Rod patiently explained to me what the issue was and what steps he was taking to fix it. He was good humored and not dismissive of me and my concerns. Rod has been an electrician for several decades and is very skilled at what he does. Laurie also shared some of her wisdom with me as well. I recently moved into a new home and panicked when the power went out one evening. I quickly deduced that no one else on the street had lost power so this was an issue specific to our home. I called Maus Electric and Laurie was incredibly responsive and helpful. Within 25 minutes, Rod and Laurie arrived to help us out. Rod was skilled and professional as he replaced the circuit breakers and showed and explained to me exactly what the issues were and how he would perform the repairs. I really appreciated how he patiently took the time to share these details -- it is rare that anyone explains anything these days! Within a couple of hours, we had new breakers and the power was restored. Great family business and I absolutely will call them again for any other electrical issues.
