I feel sad having to write this because historically they have been excellent at getting stains out even if they were a bit brusque. But I went to get a zipper replaced and for way too much money they ended up ruining the satin fabric of my dress scratching holes in it. For shoddy work like that I expected at the very least an apology. Never returning.

I had a great dry cleaners that closed and moved to another city ! They were so great for the last 25 years I have used them for all my pillows, down comforter and quilts ! Suits and blouses ! This cleaner ! I took my black overcoat no lining ... and asked how much they charged for my coat that used to charge me 16.99 ! To dry clean ! This place wanted 37.50 ? To dry clean my coat !! This is a terrible price for this item !! God knows how much they charge for comforters ? I will not go there for my dry cleaning needs !!! I will not pay their prices !! This is way to much !

Dry cleaning is an investment so I'm okay with their prices. I see it as maintaining my garments in a way that isn't possible with washing at home. So far everything has been been done just right so now I'm a loyal customer. The parking can be interesting right at the storefront but I just park in the middle of the big lot and avoid any issues.
