Based on their roadway etiquette, I would never use this company. I have the misfortune of having to drive past the main location where the crews depart from every morning for work. It is a residential/agricultural area where the road speed limit is 45mph and the Dibble driveway has clear sight of the road for a mile in each direction. So explain to me why 3 of 5 days every single morning, at least, one of their trucks pulls out in front of me and others, going far below the speed limit... ...If there is a small car coming at 45mph, don't pull out with your big truck and trailer going well under the speed limit! There is clearly no consideration to those around them and you would think at least near their own home base they would be a little more considerate of others... I have never even met these people, but the way their crew operate the vehicles on a daily basis makes me never want to.

He was a no show- kept me waiting all day and never called to say he wasn't coming. How can you trust someone to show up and complete a job when they can't even show up for the initial appointment? How can he stay in business?

Dibble Landscaping was to be the subcontractor for a fountain I was having fabricated for my back yard. The moment I was introduced to Jim Dibble, he started complaining about the drive down from his house, to my house, yet he knew where I lived was far, and he still took the job. He had his workers do preliminary work in preparation for having the fountain placed and hooked up in my yard. The workers turned off the outside, main water line, and did what they needed to do, then left. THEY DID NOT TURN THE LINE BACK ON UPON LEAVING THE PROJECT FOR THE DAY. I know how to turn a water line on, so I went to do so myself. I was not able to turn the valve at all. I called and e-mailed Jim Dibble, who came down many days later to check what the problem was. The line had been shut so tightly by his workers that even Mr. Dibble couldn't tell me what the problem was. Then he blamed the faucet for being broken, then he turned the line on (faucet NOT broken), then he launched into whining about how far he had to drive to my house, and the traffic, etc., then he left. Never an, "I'm sorry that my workers didn't return your main line to how it was, before they left," never an, "I'm sorry for how long you had to wait for me to come back to your house to correct a problem we caused," just a bill charging me for his time and the drive to my house! I called my plumber and asked him if he would have done this to a customer, if it were his or one of his workers' fault -- charging a customer, as I was, and the plumber said that in no way was any of this my fault; and how Mr. Dibble treated me was unprofessional and flat-out rude. I wrote him a note admonishing him for his behavior, and telling him not to ever send me a bill -- that he was a subcontractor on the project and therefore, all correspondence, etc., should be going through the lead contractor -- the fountain maker!! I also relayed to him that since his crew had caused the problem by not leaving the water line as they had found it -- turned on -- it was their responsibility to correct the problem, no matter how far they had to come back to my house -- that this is what professionals do all the time in a situation like that! He didn't like my e-mail; and in what could have been predicted as little sissy behavior, he refused to finish the job he started at my house, he left the fountain guy to finish the job himself, which he still has not finished, and he left my job with inappropriate equipment, and poorly executed workmanship! Jim Dibble is not a nice man! His crew was nice enough, but the owner is a jerk -- rude, condescending and very untrustworthy. All of the things you do NOT want in a contractor working on your house!! He was part of a package deal. I did NOT choose to have this guy work at my house -- I never would have. He probably should stick to fixing sink-holes, his only other (glowing) review. I would not even recommend him for that type of work, let alone work that requires any amount of knowledge, common sense, or common courtesy! Jim Dibble made me out to be the complaining housewife, but every single person I have told about the situation has basically said that if you have to drive back to the moon, to return a work site to how it was originally, you do it, and without being a big baby about it! If you need a landscape contractor, call my cat before you call this guy!
