I just moved fr SF to Hawaii last year & moved back to No. Cal… staying in Petaluma since this past Mid-June. I’ve been to several nail salons, which was ok & finally discovered “Creative Nails”. I didn’t have an appt today 9/14/23 & they took me anyway. I had gel manicure done & Kim did an excellent job! No bumps, no rough edges, great job! Very smooth & nice looking! She was great & friendly. Yay! Thank you! Kim!Service: Gel manicures

Out of all the nail salons I've been to, they consistently give the best French Tip nail design gel manicure & spa pedicure. Finger nails' gel polish can last up to 4 weeks. Making an appointment is easy and guarantees service. I take advantage of using the massage chair while getting a spa pedicure. Professional service and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

First, I am no one "important"; but I am a Petaluma resident, and I'm very picky when taking the time to write out a five-star review. I wait to see if a place is CONSISTENT. I can say with confidence that Cody and Kim from Creative Nails are consistently very, very good. (I believe the husband and wife duo are the current owners.) I discovered them by walking in after a grocery trip to the Lucky - they just so happened to have a spot open. (I would recommend making an appointment for your convenience; as they are a small, local, mom-and-pop business.) A few other reviewers have said they had issues with appt. times being upheld. I can say that I have had no issue with my appointments, and I have been going consistently with an appt. for almost a year now. The shop is always clean. They use every sanitation process one would expect - believe me when I say I pay attention. I used to work in restaurants and notice literally everything. The shop is clean, the massage chairs always work, they don't skimp on the pampering when it comes to a scrub, foot-rub, and hot towel-wrap during pedicures. The lip waxes I have received are always easy, affordable and quick. MOST IMPORTANTLY -- they take their time and have attention to detail. There is nothing sloppy about their work. I consistently get compliments on my nails, and always tell people where to go to get the same treatment. My nails last about four weeks for me, and that's usually with zero breakage. As with any service industry business, tip in cash if you like your results. I can recommend Creative Nails with absolute certainty. I tend to go with neutrals - photos are all from different sessions of full set/acrylic fill.
