Kacie has been a life saver! I am a pretty active 50something and struggle with lower back pain. Kacie has been able to help alleviate the pain, help me stretch where needed and tight and I always feel she knows exactly what I need worked on. She was a lifesaver when I could barely bend over to get myself dressed, after a few appts I was on the right track and now see her regularly as part of my wellness routine.
