Absolutely fantastic service! My hubby booked us a couples massage for our anniversary and it was the best massage we’ve ever had. Their technique is very unique and boy do they get the knots and stress out! But in a very relaxing way that’s not painful. They also do these stretches while massaging the muscles that relieved pain and inflammation in areas that I didn’t even know could be stretched like that. I commented on how much I liked these little Hawaiian flower shaped candles they had all over the place and the manager gave me two of them to take home and said “happy anniversary”! I had a really good experience here! It was my first Mom-day off in a while, so after running a few errands I thought I'd treat myself to a little reflexology/massage. I live in the neighborhood near Blue Moon and wanted to try it out. If I found yet another gem within walking distance, I'd be all the richer! (There are many near- Hector's Pizza, Kinka Sushi, Pub Republic to name a few.) I walked in to see if they had availability at the time. I'll admit I didn't know quite what to expect. I was expecting a reflexology establishment with many stations where you can get a 60 min. "foot reflexology" for around $30-40, which isn't the case. I was told they didn't have availability at the moment, but the very nice masseuse handed me their card and told me to call the number and request massage in 1 hour. I called when I got to my car, and they scheduled me right away for my appointment. The private rooms are clean and pre-prepped for you. They had nice music, and otherwise it was very quiet during my massage. My therapist asked what kind of pressure I like, and was very easy to communicate with. During the massage, my therapist was very attentive. I like to breath slowly and audibly in a massage lol -- kind of like Ujjayi yoga breathing. My masseuse asked me if I was ok and I let her know everything felt good. She said if I want more pressure to just let her know. It was a great massage and great service. My tense back was really worked out. They also touch on your legs, feet, neck, face, and head. (I'm sure if you wanted them to focus on one area they would accommodate.) You are given a little water bottle when your massage is complete. I personally didn't have any scheduling/appointment issues, and my massage lasted the entire length of an hour. I didn't feel rushed, and felt attended to. I was able to pay with the choice of cash/card, although I believe they do prefer cash due to fees incurred using card. This establishment may have had issues in the past, but I didn't notice/experience anything listed in the one-star reviews. I say give it a chance and see for yourself! I had a great experience.
