I just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and had the best sales experience because I had a wonderful sales person helping me. Her name is Jechel McMahon and she was wonderful! She was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her. I came in just to take a quick look at cars and ended up buying the second car she showed me because she was just so great! Everyone should buy a car from Jechel.

We have a 2024 JEEP Grand Cherokee 4XE. Twice now, it has suddenly and completely stopped running. It has been towed to Autoworld for service both times. They gave it back to us saying they were not certain about the problem but told us not to use the non-Mopar Level 2 charger which we had installed in our home at considerable expense, despite the fact that the JEEP operating manual RECOMMENDS using such a charger! Stellantis (the Jeep manufacturer) says this problem has occurred in other new Jeeps. This is a very serious ongoing problem and we have sent letters to Autoworld and Jeep asking many questions, but they have not been answered. Now, our Jeep will not switch... read full review
