Destiny hospice is amazing. Very thankful to be able to work along side their great team especially Holly. Their team works quickly to provide comfort to patients and their families during a very difficult time. I appreciate all the TLC Destiny Hospice provides! Top tier quality care!!!

I have to say that Holly & her team were a Godsent for me during a very difficult time and family crisis. I have a loved one who very rapidly declined in health and mobility and was at a loss for what to do. It is a startling and eyeopening experience that I don't wish on anyone. I was completely taken aback at the lack of guidance and consultation that the government agencies had in place if one doen't meet certain criteria. After spending countless hours waitng in lines, on hold and simply being turned away, I was so very fortunate to have been given Holly's information. While I thought this was another dead end for me, she alleviated so much stress and helped me focus on the priority, providing comfort & care for my parent. She and her team are knowledgeable, thoughtful and compassionate when it comes to care and just having her on my side, made an incredible difference and helped me refocus on what's important in the 'here & now'. Destiny Hospice & Pallative Care is top notch and I will forever be greatful for the assistance they have and are providing my family and I. Although I wish this upon no one, if you're facing a similar situation or need an experienced team on you and your family's side, I highly recommend reaching out to Holly & Team. Thank you for what you've done so for and again, it's made a world of a difference as I truly was at a loss of what my options were and what to do next. It's a daunting task caring for an elderly parent, especially during their final chapter when they are really declining. Families long for that extra support to help them navigate this unfamiliar territory ! Well let me just say that Destiny Hospice provided such compassionate, loving support and guidance that exceeded our expectations!!! My mom who had dementia, as well as many physical challenges, (including spinal cord injury making her wheelchair bound), finally went on hospice care in April of this year. We initially went with a different hospice provider (recommended by Scripps) with whom we were disappointed by their lack of compassion, professionalism and knowledge. So after a few months with the "other provider", we changed to Destiny and boy was that the right decision! The hospice team at Destiny are so wonderful!!! They are not only kind and compassionate with the patient (and their family), but oh so knowledgeable! Our nurse case manager, Holly Lipps RN, was phenomenal! She has the most incredible bedside manner with her warm and engaging personality. She showed genuine love and kindness to my mom, despite caring for her only three weeks. Ironically, exactly three weeks after moving mom to a new facility and changing to Destiny hospice, mom passed away. Holly is also so experienced and provides a wealth of information. In fact, she knew right away when our mom was showing signs of "transitioning" into the dying process and shared the information with me and my sisters in such a delicate way. Furthermore, Holly was never too busy to talk to us, answer our questions, or just be supportive - even on her days off!!! The other Destiny staff, including Dr. Liu, Julie RN, Lisa RN, and Chaplain Mozetta were all genuinely caring and attentive with mom as well. They treated her with dignity and kindness and communicated everything so well with our family. They even continued to offer services to our family after mom passed. I have such peace and gratitude in my heart that we found Destiny Hospice to care for our mom at the end of her life. It was the best decision we made to go with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking hospice care for a loved one! Thank you to all at Destiny. You guys are truly the BEST!!!!
