I'm always treated kindly and they do a great job as well yes they tend to stay pretty busy so when so appts are recommended if you call they will do their best to squeeze u in I feel they are well worth the wait and the increase in price .......💯
Yeah, that’s frustrating. You went in with a pretty specific cut request — mid fade plus a V taper/design in the back — and walked out with something else entirely. That usually kills the trust right away, especially on a first visit.
