I visited Sensible Sharpness today and had a couple of hair trimmers sharpened. The owner, Nam, is professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at his craft. He made short work of the two trimmers and presented me with a set that arguably perform as good or better than when I bought them new. When he was done I decided to let him have a go at my ZT 0301 knife which had been egregiously neglected to the point that it's blade wouldn't have drawn blood if I had sawed on my arm with it. Within five minutes it was razor sharp. Take your cutting tools to Nam, he'll take care of your sharpening needs.
