Perris Valley Clinica Familiar is a medical clinic with a focus on providing excellent service. Patients have praised the doctor for their knowledge and care, particularly for children. Dr. Vanessa Michelena is a wonderful being, she loves what she does and it shows, she is very professional and attentive, she has been my doctor since 2017, she is a doctor very dedicated to doing her job well.
I went to this clinic for a physical and the service and Dr was excellent! The represenative Sulchie was amazing and made sure that I was taken care of throughout even with a call to retrieve my results. I reccomend this clinic to whom is looking for great service.
update. The doctor is a very good doctor. He knows what he's talking about and he cares for children. However, the nursing staff and the receptionist are not the best. ( some) They almost seem like they have an attitude with you asking questions. It takes them a very long time to get back to you. Lab work is a pain because you have to actually physically call them to get the results instead of the other way around. (which nobody informed me off so when I went in and asked about it, I got attitude ) You're almost ignored when you walk in the waiting room. My first visit was great because I loved the doctor... However, I have been back three times and I'm not a fan of the front office staff. I called to ask a couple questions and was given attitude and was asked why I did not ask the doctor. (I most definitely would've asked if the doctors these questions if I would've known it was gonna take my daughter so long to get a referral to an orthopedic doctor... Didn't think that would take a week ) Absolutely no way to speak to your patients ladies. Hope y'all read your reviews and change your attitude.
