Such a great place. Everyone was kind, helpful, and very professional. My elderly dog received great care and I was well informed of the procedure. He had to have many teeth extracted and Dr. Ray went above and beyond..Thank you!

10/10 recommend, My senior dog woke up with a abscess tooth and they were able to get me in that night, Staff and vet Dentist were amazing!!!! They were so patient with him, And prices are amazing!

Ray did a fantastic job on the dental issues my little Chihuahua had. He is kind, patient and works with you very closely. His primary concern is what is best for you pet. I recommend him for any fur baby dental needs.

The wait times even for appointments is pretty ridiculous. I’ve found myself waiting up to two hours just to have my pet looked at. On top of this, I find the pricing to be way overpriced. I took my pet to an alternative animal vet nearby and was charged less than 3x the amount they were going to charge me here. Wouldn’t recommend

Very, very nice staff we're very customer service oriented. Shout out to Jennifer who's a vet tech and Priscilla who's at the front reception. First time at this clinic, and I was impressed with everything there. It has a really nice vibe, and the vet Dr. Ali gave my dog the most thorough exam he's ever had. Prices are reasonable . I will definitely return there. The four stars are because of the long wait. I waited an hour to get in to see the vet, but that's okay because I know they were all trying to stabilize a dog that was having a lot of difficulty. However, it was another hour and a half or so afterwards waiting for some testing to be done and test results. They were having trouble with some test equipment. But I expect that won't be the case in the future. I recommend them.

I took my dog for a checkup and added the service to get his nails trimmed it was an additional $40 for them to just cut my dog nail quick and just bring him to me all bloody and didn't say nothing until I said something about it. Yes I paid for the service and they didn't care that they hurt him. I'm guessing they do that often.

I took my puppy here, and we luckily got a same day appointment for 1:30, so I came back at that time, early preferably. At 1:40 my puppy and I was in the back in a room waiting. Once the doctor comes in he had my puppy walk to get a better look at her walking. I brought her in because of her right back leg, and her not putting any pressure on it. So, the doctor looks and of course says we need to do an X-ray, and I said okay, they took my puppy to another place at this point, immediately came and told me I needed to pay 285.00 before they do the Xray. I said okay no problem, I paid, and was told to wait in the lobby. I waited in that lobby for 2 hours with no one saying anything about my puppy. I asked the front desk can you check on her for me, she refused to check. I had to ask her for the second time to please check and then she did. My puppy just was in a dogrun most of that time. So once I got to the back, I see the X-ray on the screen, the time shows 2:14, so its 4:00pm now, and I question everything at this point. I had set in the lobby watching people come in and go, I even seen a person walk in without an appointment and go in and leave out before me. I started to wonder if it was my dog breed or my color, or both. Either way, still couldn't tell me what was wrong with her foot, and if 2 weeks she isn't better, then it's broke. Oh and that procedure cost 4,800. I don't know why my puppy had to be mistreated and wait when all the other people walk in with there animal and left out but I had to wait for hours to still not even be 100% sure what is wrong with her. I asked for paper copies, but they don't do that, I asked for emails, of the X-ray, and what they diagnosed her with, and the nurse said it would take a few days so next week. I didn't understand why it would take days, for something you have right now. I am not sure if I will bring her back here, if I have to worry about how she will be treated.
