I cannot say enough good things about Mike from M&M plumbing. Not only did he fix an issue that we had had a plumber out twice previously to fix with no success but he explained the problem in such detail that if we ever had it again we could probably do it ourselves. Nothing is more powerful than knowledge. I will absolutely be working with Mike again in the future. So kind honest and absolutely hilarious. Had a great time fixing an issue that had been giving us a headache for a long time.

Overall, good experiences mixed with some challenges on follow up visit. A referral made wound up not showing up, and pricing was on the high end. Mike is very well-meaning and clearly cares and is definitely very skilled, though initial communication on pricing was not transparent; he did adjust pricing once he saw the text communication validating what he had initially quoted, which was appreciated.

BEST PLUMBER, hands down! Mike once again came to my rescue and fixed a leaky toilet...on a Sunday morning. He's been my plumber for over 10+ years and if you are looking for a job well done from an honest, prompt and knowledgeable plumber, Mike is your guy!! And, have no fear during Covid-19, Mike arrives with his mask on.
